How do i make a return?
We want you to adore the LEATHERARK product that you own. If you are unhappy with the item or items, return them within 30 days of receiving your order after trying them out in the comfort of your own home.
- Verify that the item or items are in their original packaging, with all tags and tickets still attached, and that they are in original condition.
- Before processing your returns, a final examination will be conducted to make sure all items are in their original condition.
- Returns that don't adhere to our policies will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
How do I initiate a return?
For any order that is placed online:
- To begin the return process, please email our Customer Care Team at sales@leatherark.com and include your order number.
- The return label or return address will be provided by our Customer Care Team during the return process.
- Note that arrangements will be made by us once we receive your return request, and will differ according to country.
- Our customer care team would then update the status of the return, once our warehouse has informed us that they have received the item.
When will I receive my refund?
Your returned item(s) will be quality checked upon receiving to make sure it meets our refund policy and is in good condition. It can require up to 3 business days.
The refund to your payment services provider may take up to 14 business days after the return is accepted. After your refund has been processed, we will send you an email confirming it.
* Please note that your refund will take up to 21 working days if you have made your purchase during our online sales period.
Kindly give your account a maximum of 7 working days to be credited. For more information, please get in touch with your payment processor directly if, after seven business days, you have not received your refund.
The value of the goods as shown on your invoice will determine your refund.
Terms & condition
- Before taking back any items for exchange, refund, or return, LEATHERARK maintains the right to inspect the item(s) in question (referred to as "Returns"). If an item is rejected, you are responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs to return it to us.
- Your refund will be determined by the merchandise value listed on the original purchase invoice in the event that there is a disagreement over the price of any returns.
- When it comes to wear and tear or special, unintentional, or random damage brought on by your usage of the item(s), LEATHERARK disclaims all liability. Such damage is not covered by our return procedures.
- Our return policies do not apply to items that are used in a way or for a purpose that LEATHERARK has not reasonably authorized, nor to items that have been altered without LEATHER ARK's consent.
- Regarding any product, LEATHERARK disclaims all guarantees, whether explicit or implied, including those regarding merchantability, quality, conformity with description, and suitability for a certain use.
- Every Return is always subject to Singaporean legislation. You and LEATHER ARK both consent to subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
- Return decisions made by LEATHERARK are final.
