I'd been eyeing this bag for a while. The sale price quickly sealed the deal for me. I'm really impressed by the quality here. The leather is beautiful in brown and smells amazing. Excellent customer service from Leather ARK also. When my order arrived I noticed that the trolley strap hadn't been included,but Leather ARK quickly responded to me and sent one out. The size is just right for a weekend getaway. And it came with a matching dopp kit! Love it.

Leather of very good quality, workmanship design and engraving. Well packaged and arrived on schedule. Husband loves it and can't wait to use it.

The leather thickness is good, nice and sturdy, and the colour is even better. This is my second bag purchase from Hides, the first being a laptop bag I purchased a few years back and often receive compliments on. The first time I took this duffle out to a work site I got two compliments! This bag is of great quality and is quite rugged and beautiful. I did have a strap issue which was very promptly handled to my satisfaction. Great customer service too. I have no disappointments or complaints here.

I just received my tote today (small) as a gift from my husband which is more than ample size for everyday use, I LOVE it the quality and craftsmanship is amazing. This tote has my initials on it and I also had a zipper put on the opening as opposed to a snap closure. Very pleased!!
